Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling All order are sent by Royal mail postal services.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 7 days. Natural Scientific solutions Ltd uses various postal methods and most orders within the UK will arrive within 3 working days, but please allow up to 6 days for delivery.

The following is a rough guide to approx delivery times subject to sufficient stock levels. If am Item is not in stock your credit card will not be debited. Once stock is available your card will be processed and your goods will be sent first class post and any postal charges will be adjusted before your card is processed.

Next Day Guaranteed delivery before 1pm -

Orders must be placed before 3pm- monday - friday. Service is only available during working days. Orders placed after 3pm friday and before monday 3pm are guaranteed to arrive before 1pm on tuesday.

SECOND CLASS POST: 4-7 working days (No charge)

INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL SIGNED FOR WITH A TRACKING NUMBER: 5-10 working days
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Returns Policy 20 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

1. Refunds can only be given within 20 days of order and only if we have the order returned to us.

2. All refunds will have the original cost of Postage deducted plus an additional charge of £1.25 per bottle sent for packing & Handling.

3. The Guarantee only applies in conjunction with an effective training and diet routine such as our "Total Weight Loss Program."

4. A letter explaining why you require a refund, & a full description of the diet & exercise plan that you followed while taking the product & details of the frequency of product used, must accompany any refund request.

5. Any products that are returned automatically because they were not collected from the Parcel or Royal Mail Depot will be subject to a handling and re-stocking charge of £15. The same goes for orders refused on delivery; ordered by mistake, change of mind and doctors recommendation not to take them. (Please check first, before ordering.)

6. Please ensure you send your products back by recorded / special / proof of delivery. We cannot honour lost returns.

7. If products are not taken correctly, you will not be offered a refund; (e.g.: taking 1 capsule every few days is not taking it correctly).Promotions offered on this site will be accompanied by specific written terms.
